My husband and I got married in the Smokies (live in AL) so our 1st purchase was in 2008, it was a bigger one. We have then ordered one for all 3 of our kids to add to our original. Thank you, we love these pieces!

Suzannah was my contact and she was so.o.o helpful in regards to services and products they offer. She helped me confirm my choice in regards to color, shape, etc. The 3 signs were a perfect match to what I have in place! I was so pleased that I ordered 4 more to replace the one’s that were faded and worn. Savannah and her staff made sure that both orders were packaged well and shipped in a timely fashion. Thanks Suzannah!

I love them! I got my first wood sign from the Indiana state fair over 30 years ago that my grandma got me that looks just like this one! Then 12 years ago while on my Honeymoon in Gatlinburg I found the store location in Gatlinburg! Since then I have gotten one for all 4 of my children and grandchildren! All the boys got one like this while the girls got hearts! Eventually I will get both of my daughter-in-laws one and any son-in-laws. However, I would have preferred to order in person but unfortunately the Gatlinburg location was closed when I was there in September of 2024 so I had to order online and got very little updates on the package during shipment!

Thank you SO much for your nice review! We appreciate your business very much! Once we package the sign and put it in the mail, we provide you with the tracking number. The updates at that point would come from the US postal service. Thanks again for shopping online with us!

Only comment i have is that there is no trail on when the package will arrive. Both times it just showed up and I didnt know it was coming. Otherwise, quality of the pieces I have ordered have been great!!
