Let me tell everyone how Wood Signs of Gatlinburg treats its customers. We came in and asked for a sign to be made (it’s the one in the picture), but I made a mistake in the verse from which this is taken (Joshua 24:15). I accepted it the way it was because it was my mistake. When we got back to the hotel, my wife noticed the card in the bag and called to see if anything could be done. She was told to bring it back and he would see what he could do. It turns out, the only way he could fix it would be to flip it over and do it again on the other side, so that’s what he did.You say, that’s just good customer service, and you are right. Until you realize this was done for free. That’s not just good customer service. That’s going above and beyond, especially when it was my mistake, not theirs.
There are fewer businesses anymore that care about satisfying customers. Wood Signs of Gatlinburg is one that does. Thank you Wood Signs of Gatlinburg. You now have a customer for life. John

This email is to tell Suzannah (who helped on the phone) that my sign came yesterday and I absolutely love it. It came out perfect and I can hardly wait to give it to my son and his wife this weekend. You may not recall, but prior to my finding your website I ordered a sign from a local company that I had met at an art fair. His display was awesome but he does not have a store and when I ordered, it was all done on line. I was so disappointed in the final result that when he delivered it and saw how upset I was, he took it back to “fix” it and I never heard from him again.So even though I was hesitant, your website was so lovely, that I took a chance and I am so glad that I did.
