Product and Ordering Policies

The policies of Wood Signs of Gatlinburg are designed to provide our customers with an exceptional product worthy of ‘calling home about.’  We pride ourselves in providing excellent customer service and creating unique works of art that will last for years to come.

Return Policy: If you are not satisfied with your wood sign once you receive it please notify us via email. We will make every effort to make you a happy customer. We understand mistakes happen. If you make a typing error when ordering and do not realize it until you receive the sign, we will re-make the sign with the correction at a 25% price discount. If we make the mistake, we will make a corrected replacement sign at no cost to you. We do not accept returns because each sign is custom made per your request.

Refund Policy: Since our signs are all custom, special orders per your request we do not offer a refund. If you are not satisfied with your wood sign once you receive it please notify us via e-mail. We will be happy to discuss the problem and re-make a sign for you with any issues corrected.

Cancellation Policy: We will be happy to cancel your order if we have not already begun work on your sign.  Since all orders are custom made, we cannot cancel or change the order after production has started. Most orders are completed and mailed within 7-10 business days.  Meaning total turnaround time is approx. 14 days.  Please note that is “most” orders…we ordinarily get orders crafted and shipped in a shorter time frame.  However, during peak holiday shopping seasons (Father’s Day and Christmas) our turnaround time is longer.

Privacy Policy:  We will not sell or share your personal information. We will keep it private.
